1.1. As part of Wharariki Publishing Limited Limited, an Incorporated New Zealand company, all Song of Waitaha website activities come under New Zealand legal jurisdiction.

1.2. Wharariki Publishing Limited is commited to following fair business practices. To this end we assure customers that the operation of this website follows the Model Code for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce published by the New Zealand Ministry of Commerce, and that we faithfully observe our obligations as set out by the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

2.1 Though Wharariki Publishing Limited will endeavour to supply orders placed and accepted on this website, order placement and acceptance do not constitute an obligation on the Song of Waitaha website to supply. Wharariki Publishing Limited reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. Wharariki Publishing Limited Limited's obligations will be limited to protections provided by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

2.2. In event of any cancelled order, cheque or direct debt payments will be refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please note, credit card payments are not processed until orders are ready to dispatch. In the event that credit card payment is processed for a cancelled order, refunds will processed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

2.3 Customers who wish to cancel any order must notify Wharariki Publishing Limited by email by 9am on the next business day following the date of order.

3.1 Prices displayed on the Song of Waitaha website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.

4.1 Whenever possible, Wharariki Publishing Limited will undertake to repair or replace any goods damaged prior to delivery. Wharariki Publishing Limited will undertake to repair or replace any faulty goods. Damaged or faulty goods will be either repaired or replaced at the descretion of Wharariki Publishing Limited. Where repair or replacement of damaged or faulty goods is not possible a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged goods. Damaged and faulty goods must be returned to Wharariki Publishing Limited in accordance with our returns policy.
